01 Acceptance of Terms

If f99 has reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If the player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source. 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. f99 does not guarantee that odds will remain available for any specific period.
• f99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time. Maximum stake limits may vary by market, event, and player account.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error — including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical errors — may be voided at f99's discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. f99 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market.
• Minimum bet amounts apply to all markets on f99. The minimum bet is ৳10 unless otherwise stated on the specific market.

07 Bet Settlement

f99 settles all bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or event. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the relevant domestic board. For political markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant electoral commission.

• Bets are settled as soon as the official result is confirmed. Settlement times may vary depending on the event and the speed at which official results are published.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, f99 will apply the settlement rules specific to that market type. In most cases, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned.
• If f99 settles a bet incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed issue, f99 reserves the right to correct the settlement once the error is identified, even if winnings have already been credited.
• Settlement disputes must be raised with f99 support within 72 hours of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Creating more than one f99 account, or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the f99 platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the f99 platform. Any such issues must be reported to f99 support immediately upon discovery.
• Placing bets using funds derived from illegal activity, or using f99 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players or with f99 employees to gain an unfair advantage on any market.
• Using insider information — information not publicly available — to place bets on any market offered by f99.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event on which f99 offers betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing f99 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

f99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that is harmful to f99 or other players.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, f99 will contact you via the mobile number or email address registered to your account within 5 business days to explain the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
